The purpose of Viaplay Group's Content Distribution Platform (the "Platform") is to enable buyers to screen Viaplay Group's wide slate of content for acquisition purposes. The Platform is provided by Viaplay Group Sweden AB, corporate identification number 556304-7041 with address Box 171 04, 104 62 Stockholm, Sweden ("Viaplay Group", “we”, “us” or “our”).
These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your use of the Platform. By accessing or using the Platform you indicate that you have read and accept these Terms. If you are acting on behalf of a legal entity, you hereby confirm that you have the authority to represent that legal entity and to bind that legal entity to the Terms. If you do not accept the Terms, please refrain from using the Platform.
Use of the Platform
You may use the Platform for the sole purpose of screening the content that Viaplay Group, from time to time, makes available on the Platform for acquisition purposes. Any other use of the Platform, including advertising or promotion, resale, sublicensing, transfer, lease, or other exploitation of the Platform, in a whole or in a part, is strictly prohibited.
You may not attempt to download, record or otherwise store any of the contents on the Platform.
You must not use the Platform in any way that may disrupt, damage, or interfere with the functionality of the Platform, including the transmission of any harmful or malicious code. Further, you must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform, including other users' accounts or personal information, nor are you allowed to decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or otherwise reduce the code used in any software on the Platform into a readable form in order to examine the construction of such software and/or to copy or create other products based (in whole or in part) on such software, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.
The use of the Platform requires a device with internet connection. You are responsible for all fees that your internet service provider may charge as a result of the Platform’s transmission of data (including but not limited to data roaming charges).
Viaplay Group reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or restrict your access to the Platform at any time, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms.
Account Creation and Requirements
In order to access certain features or functionalities on the Platform, you are required to create an account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and keep your account information updated. In order to create an account, you will need to be 18 years of age or older and work in content buyer role.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your account information with any third party or allow unauthorized access to your account.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach, you must notify Viaplay Group immediately.
Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting Viaplay Group at contentdistribution@viaplaygroup.com. Termination of your account will result in the deletion of your account information, subject to Viaplay Group’s data retention policies.
Viaplay Group reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these Terms or if required by applicable law.
Upon termination, your access to the Platform account will cease, and you will no longer be able to use or access any features or functionalities of the Platform which require an account.
Intellectual Property Rights
The Platform and all content incorporated on the Platform, including but not limited to any audio and video content, images, text, artwork, logos and trademarks, are protected by copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights under laws of Sweden and other countries and are the property of their respective owners, whether it is Viaplay Group, our licensors or any other third party.
You may not reproduce, modify, perform, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Platform or its content or in any way exploit any parts of the Platform without the explicit permission of Viaplay Group, or, with respect to third-party rights or content, such third party.
Privacy
Viaplay Group respects your privacy and will process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Notice when you are using the Platform.

Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided on an "as is" basis. Viaplay Group does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the Platform or its content.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Viaplay Group shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Platform.
Modifications to the Terms
Viaplay Group reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Viaplay Group will notify you of any material changes through the Platform, e-mail or by other means. Your continued use of the Platform after the modifications indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sweden.
