The Nordic embassy in Mexico City conceals a secret arms deal. Amidst the chaos, an ambitious ambassador's dreams of advancement hinge on a delicate situation.
In the Swedish version, we find ambitious ambassador Thomas Westander as he finds himself in an ethical minefield just as he is about to secure a lucrative fighter jet deal between Sweden and Mexico, and as he must deal with a counter purchasing company whose ethics are highly questionable.
As the media begins to ask questions, and with his dream of being the Swedish ambassador in Washington on the line, Thomas must find a solution to protect the deal. With the aid of accomplices Erik and Emma, the race is on to find a new supplier, secure the jet deal and keep Thomas’ ambitions alive.
