Pørni / Pernille S2
Pørni (short for Pernille) is the mother everyone wishes they had or could be—devoted, selfless, and endlessly caring. She juggles a demanding job that no one wants but that is essential to the community, all while trying to put others first, often at the expense of her own needs.
Season two sees Pørni realizing that she must make some important decisions about who she wants to be. The sorrow of losing her sister still hasn’t passed, and she’s struggling to cope with some hard truths in her love life. Putting the kids first is a must, but everything comes at a price. And for Pørni, that price is her integrity and her love life. To regain some self-respect, Pørni needs to start setting things straight with the idiots in her life.
