Little does she know that her husband Holger will suddenly shoot her to death minutes later while she is still on the phone with Per-Olof. Holger then turns the gun on himself and, despite being injured, survives.

This gritty documentary examines the mystery around the Holger Algdal case. Holger spends years in jail after being sentenced for his wife’s murder. However, he vanishes into thin air a few months after his release. Although his remains are later found, his murder remains unsolved.
